At The School Label, we stand by the quality of our uniforms and are committed to ensuring a seamless, online shopping experience for parents and schools.

All The School Label garments are designed to last for a full calendar year of regular use from the shipment date. We also guarantee our products against any manufacturer's defects for the life of the garment. If you encounter any issues with product quality or logos, please contact us directly before initiating a return. We’re here to ensure your uniforms meet the highest standards.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for items in their original state—unwashed, unworn, and with original tags—within 90 days of purchase, as long as they remain part of your school's uniform program.

To return an item by mail, ship it at your expense via your chosen carrier (we recommend USPS). The first return’s shipping back to you is on us. For subsequent returns due to incorrect size selection, a fee of $8.95 will apply to cover the new shipping costs. Please include the original sales receipt or a copy, a note specifying whether you’d like a refund, an exchange, or store credit, and a contact phone number for any follow-up questions.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Custom-made garments, bulk orders, hem extensions, items marked as "All Sales Final" or "While Supplies Last," and items outside the 90-day return window are not eligible for returns.

DISCREPANCIES IN ORDERS

Any issues with online merchandise orders must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.

ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY

For delivery orders, items in stock will be shipped promptly, and any unavailable items will be placed on backorder.
